Teatime treats Macao style
Café Rosa has been here for half a decade and is a favourite local hangout. Pop in the busy local café for afternoon tea Macao style. You come here for the spicy fish bun; a freshly toasted bun with curry sardine. A typical Portuguese inspired Chinese tea time snack that you’ll only find in Macao.
I like pork buns the most because in my memory it really represents the flavour of Macao.
