iEat Warung Pojok

Popular corner shop serving traditional Balinese eats

Corner shop

Warung Pojok means ‘restaurant at the corner’ and is a favourite local hangout. The place only has five tables and is always busy with villagers nursing a nice refreshing Bintang (local beer) and chowing down some Balinese classics.Pojok is located across from the soccer field, in the centre of town, making it a prime people watching spot.

Our favourites

We like the classic Balinese dishes. Specialty dish here is Ayam Suwir (IDR 40.000), shredded chicken with garlic, shallots, turmeric, ginger, chilies and more.Pojok also serves up a lovely sop ayam (chicken soup) and some mean sate and tempeh.
