A concept rolled out by the Department of Agriculture in Sri Lanka, Hela Bojun checks out many boxes that make food wholesome in a country that is abundant; locally sourced ingredients, homemade and vegetarian. Plus, all the chefs are female and own their individual stalls thereby empowering themselves through entrepreneurship make this place “hella” wild.
We like it here; people like our food but the increasing cost of everything makes it difficult for us to keep a good profit margin.
