Like the mural at Avenida de Cinco de Outubro, this artwork is about fishermen on their way home with a bountiful catch. Portrayed under a dazzling sunset against the backdrop of a sparkling sea.
People used to think graffiti was pornography, violence and foul language. I wanted to change these stereotypes.
About the artist
The mural was created by one of Macao’s most iconic street art teams-GANTZ5. Although there are only three members left in the team, they hope that the local graffiti will enhance the public’s sense of identity, show the mood of the moment and actively develop the city’s street art culture.
