iEat Chinese Noodles

Authentic Chinese noodles in mini Lampang museum

Noodle junction

At this junction are two of Lampang’s most popular noodle joints. Try both and you’ll notice the difference between the flat dry Chinese noodles and the finer, soft and sticky texture of the Thai noodles.

Noodle soup

Try the noodles in soupKuay Teaw. The long cooking process makes the meat is sweet, tender and full of flavour (THB 40 per set). Or go for the Chicken Khao Soi, egg noodles in curry soup (TBH 40)

Lampang wall of fame

Honouring traditional recipes from Hunchun in China, Ratsada has been serving noodle soup since 1947. The restaurant is like a mini Lampang museum with photographs, memorabilia and a vintage interior.
