Must try at 999 is sticky shan noodle soup (1,500 kyat) served with fresh pickles, chilli and a dash of coriander. Noodles are cooked to perfection in a light spicy flavoured broth and make for a great afternoon snack. Order some deep-fried tofu on the side before they run out!
