Local taste of sushi in Myanmar
Inspired by a visit to Japan, this local snack shop started serving rice rolls and they became an instant hit among the teenagers and kids from the many schools in the area.
Straight from the fish market
“All of the raw fish for our sushi we buy from Aung San Kwin Market, the best fish market in town”, says shop owner Win Win Shwe. Sushi prices start from 1000 kyat. All rolls are freshly made and have a distinct Burmese touch using local sausages and herbs.
