Yangon’s Chinatown is perhaps best known as a fun place for a cheap meal, but the streets are also home to colourful temples, clan houses and many hidden treasures that the Chinese immigrants brought with them. It is also one of the few places in downtown where you can access Yangon’s breezy riverfront promenade. This walk has been crafted with care, avoiding the busy streets and guiding you to the quieter and charming alleys where the Chinese spirit is still very much alive.
