Yanjiang West Road is a must-go place on balmy summer evenings. The two kilometers long old street exudes a rich exotic atmosphere. In the gentle breeze, linger along the riverside or simply sit on the bench by the water to take in the grand buildings of the past that bear witness to a prosperous multicultural Guangzhou.
Just as the sunset, their love was so strong and beautiful for one time but only destined to be a memory forever.
The best time and location
On and across the Renmin Bridge is a good place to take a panoramic view of Yanjiang West Road; the ‘blue hour’ from 6-7 pm is an excellent time to take photos.
