Nam Cheong street is effectively the border between bead country and fabric land. Here it’s all about yarn and fabric. Home to the textile industry for decades, Yu Chau Street is heaven for fashionista’s: cotton, flannel, wool, silk, leather and polyester in every print imaginable.Polka dots, stripes, leopard or Chinese flowers; you name it, they have it. Many of the shops are wholesalers but most are happy to sell to whoever walks in. Prices depend on your bargaining skills.
