What started as a small street hawker stall has become a longstanding local favourite cha chaan teng. You can find Lok Yuen on the third floor of the Municipal Services Building. These community buildings are a fixture in any Hong Kong neighbourhood. They are typically home to a wet market on the ground floor and boast sports facilities, a library and food courts on the upper floors.
