Kung Wo's Sham Shui Po shop may be a true local legend, but its Kowloon City branch is also very popular. The homemade tofu products are prepared fresh every day at the back of the shop.

Our favourites
Even though Kung Wo's claim to fame is their soy milk, we also love the silky texture and taste of the tofu pudding (豆腐花) that only costs HK$12. Try it topped with a generous dollop of golden ginger syrup.
