This charming shop sells beautiful locally made arts and crafts that make for gorgeous gifts and great souvenirs: beaded jewellery, cushion covers, glassware, handmade toys and textiles by traditional weavers. All products are genuinely fair trade and ethically sourced from all over Myanmar. The producers include HIV sufferers, street youths, mentally and physically disabled, and small family businesses fighting poverty.
Every purchase made at Pomelo has an impact, creating meaningful change for the artisan and their families. The products are inspired by Myanmar's diverse, rich culture and generations of artistic creativity.
